Olympic National Park

After dodging the Seattle rain for 10 days while shooting on location the team was able to steal a few days for an epic hiking and camping trip in the Olympic National Forest. Beginning with an obligatory stop (or two) at REI and some tasty Toppot doughnuts we hopped in our minivan and headed east to the Olympic Peninsula. On our drive the sun shone bright, we had lunch with a view, took more then a few rainbows pics and a had selfie with a bear. We finished the day by setting up camp on the shore of Lake Crescent. Olympic National Park

You may have seen in our social media posts that we recently took a studio-bonding trip to the Rocky Mountain National Park, more specifically to climb Longs Peak! We had a great time in spite of some interesting turns in weather that prevented us from making it to the top, but like we had said from the beginning, its about the journey! We spent 4 days in the park camping and hiking and also managed to see Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins! Olympic National Park

We recently spent a couple of weeks in the United Kingdom shooting on location.We started out the trip flying into Newcastle, England. So since we had a bit of time we decided to explore the city a little. We visited the Castle which was amazing-its a medieval structure that began construction in 1080 and continued to have renovations and additions to the property for many years. It has 14 inch thick walls and the Castle Keep and Black Gate were still in operation as well. Following our physical map- no google maps for us in England; we popped in and out of antique stores, cozy restaurants and made our way to Slaley Hall where we would be shooting and staying.
